This is a video I made of me out checking my rabbit snares. I was inspired to make this video and other videos, from a video I took of my father setting one last season. I know I did making, setting, snaring, taping, putting together video clips, and of course eating rabbits lol! If you happen to make some and set them, let me know how you make out. Always be respectful of land owners and get permission...Stay away from residential areas to avoid pets...Post your area to advise other hunters of your snares, and always respect the environment. Never set snares until you kwow your local laws...You can do this by checking your local DNR...(Department of Natural Resources) Rabbit stew anyone? Maybe later I will do a rabbit recipe vid. There is more than one way to skin a rabbit. I am going to also make a "skinning a rabbit and field dressing a rabbit" vid once the season opens. Snaring rabbits is a great way to get out in nature and pass away the winter blues.
