False Prophet: What does the Bible say about Benny Hinn?

Is Benny Hinn a false prophet? Consider the following... The Bible warns us that many false prophets are in the world today (Mat. 24:11). Jesus does not want us to be deceived by them (Luk. 21:8), so we are instructed to test everything (1 Th. 5:21), and not to believe every spirit (1 Jo. 4:1). Sometimes people quote Matthew 7:1 out of context, and suggest that we must not judge, lest we too be judged. But this verse, in its context, is referring to hypocritical judging. Both the the splinter and the plank are made of the same substance: wood. So, we are to judge, but Jesus said when we judge, "judge with right judgment" (Joh. 7:24). "Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee." (1 Timothy 4:16) "For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? God judges those outside. 'Purge the evil person from among you.'" (1 Corinthians 5:12-13) "Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them." (Romans 16:17)
