Back

For more Screencasts of the Week, visit http://www.screencastcentral.com/public/department60.cfm Did you know that you can quickly and easily create your very own Karaoke tracks, from any music file you have on your computer using Audacity. In this screencast, we guide you through the whole process of splitting up your existing song, inverting the relevant channels to remove the vocals, and combining the resulting audio into your Karaoke track. NOTE:- This will only work where the vocal tracks are identical on both the left and right channels of a stereo track, and have been mixed exactly in the center.
