Again Oriola I agree with you, Berger deserved better than that - picked from obscurity (for obvious reasons) and given everything, too much perhaps and too young but still thirteen years should have earned some respect.

Yeah, you are right, a lot of films are not even mentioned. On the other hand, the focus more on Visconti's past, family and life.

Thank you very much for this video!! It's a great documentary! I learned a lot of things. I had no idea about the robbery in his house and that he asked death penalty for the robbers. In any case, very thankful for posting this. I agree on the words about death: it is indeed courageous to say that.

thank you for posting this wonderful video! what a moving and powerful story was visconti's. it's sad that we all don't have the ability and/or opportunity to live a life so free and so full. It's amazing to see him in his last years -- peacefully resigned and lacking that brutal dynamism.

Visconti's words on death are so straightforward, I should like to think I could face mine with such resignation but I doubt it, I have not lived such a full life. It is perhaps to be regretted that Mr Berger was treated rather shabbily on the day of the funeral, 13 years with someone is a long time and it saddened me. Wonderful video and grateful thanks.
