I've seen plenty of people wearing a dress walking around in the snow I guess you to get out of enough to see that no life what so ever angelducky93 and xRitsukaAoyagi06 but i on the other hand loved the video and the dress

Actually I was reading an article, was it mainichi shimbun?, anyway some article about mini skirts and tall boots being a popular trend in Japan for that particular winter, so it's not so uncommon in some parts. People do some crazy things just to look cute all the time. I wear skinny heels for goodness sake!

I've seen plenty in Toronto do that. It isn't that cold when it's snowing FYI. It's 4 to -4. That's of course Canadian standards where winters are usually between 0 to -25.
