She is talking about another video of hers: Goodbye Natsuo. I don't know why it's attached after this song. She says in te Natsuo video she was very different than she is in real life and says please sing this song in karaoke, even though karaoke boxes are small, dance the dance like me. She doesn't mention this Hyacinth song at all.

It's not 'arigato wo', it's ARIGATOU. There are 2 ways you can say thank you: Arigato and Arigatou - the latter has a longer 'o' sound, it's not 'u', it's just a long 'o' and that's what she sings. And it means thank you.
