exactly! they're singing a song about a punk girl. it's not a punk song. they never claimed it was one. But no way, dude. the Pistols were the epitome of the punk image. maybe they couldn't sing for shit (which they couldn't), but they had the look. that's undeniable.

thanks for clearing that up dbag. listen to the lyrics. punkrock princess. they're terrible lyrics but is an awesome song. and if the only band you can name thats 'punk' are the sex pistols then you need to reevaluate your punk knowledge and start listening to some Fugazi, Bad Brains, buzzcocks or hell even early early early afi.

Basically, they're arent punk rock, they are piano rock :P. sex pistols are just fuckin weird. modern punk is way better. the sex pistols tried too hard.
