either way you gotta keep in mind they're still kids, give them credit at least. moreover you shouldn't underestimate them, maybe they do know what's going on or have a little sense of it, just because their lyrics aren't so magnificent doesn't literlaly mean they don't know anything.

Dunno about that, at 12 one of my favourite songs was 'Stand Down Margaret' by The Beat, a request to the then PM to resign - sadly, she didn't, and ruined the UK in the process.

they sound like they're just echoing whatever their parents think of the president. if you listen to the lyrics its obvious that they dont have any deep opinions or perceptions about bush. they should probably know what theyre talking about and not just parrot their mom and dad if theyre going to write a song about him. its just embarassing to act like you know politics when you really arent old enough to understand.
